The Process

• There is a $150 non-refundable fee to start the customs process. It covers the time spent communicating, planning your piece, stone selections, and final design concept. This fee is not the cost of the finished piece. This fee is not a deposit and will not count towards the cost of the final piece.
• After submitting a custom request, you can share as much or as little as you want. Some collectors come with specific stones, ideas or energetic support they are looking for in their piece. While others prefer to let the process unfold intuitively and look forward to a truly spontaneous manifestation of their needs through my vision.
• I will make sure to confirm my understanding of your needs, expectations, and budget prior to moving forward.
• Before starting the fabrication process I will price the cost of your piece and then create a custom listing for you to pay for your piece up front. Once I start fabrication, designs cannot be revised.
• I will use the information provided and create a piece aligned with what you share and in my design style.

Do I get to control the design and process?

• Intuitive custom designs are built around a trust-based creative process, yikes, right?!?!!? Oh, stop, it'll be so much fun! You will end up with a piece of jewelry that was created with your spirit, and I get to turn that energy into my creative expression using fire, metal, and stone!
• Intuitive custom designs are best suited for clients who are comfortable trusting the process and allowing the piece to unfold naturally.

How long does a custom take?

• Turnaround time is typically 3–8 weeks, depending on complexity, material availability, and current studio schedule.

Will my piece be one of a kind?

• Yes. Every intuitive custom is completely one of a kind and will not be recreated.
• I do not recreate pieces in the design style of any other artist, as I would hope an artist would not recreate my designs as their own.

What Is The Stone Selection Process?

• Stone selections are made from my personal inventory.
• If you have something very particular in mind, feel free to purchase your own stones and then we will arrange for you to send me the stones.
• Things to keep in mind if you purchase your own stones: Stones need to be an even cut no more than 4mm thick in any place. The bottom of the stones need to be smooth. There is always a chance of breakage and scratches when setting stones. Provide your own stones at your own risk, I am not able to reimburse for damaged stones.

What will I receive with my piece?

• Along with your jewelry, you will receive a written overview of the stones used and their traditional energetic and symbolic associations.
